Could someone please pinpoint the reason for this? i think it's a nutrient burn as it happened just a littlebit before but when i adjusted the PH of the water to 6.5 it got alot worse, i think it's cause by soil with very unbalanced NPK but i hope to get a solution and the cause of this from posting here.

There i added a pic of thw whole plant, i'm using flower soil mixed with cactussoil topped with perlite, i adjusted the PH with lemon juice, starting to think that might be the issue
