  1. Good day all! Last night I bought a new e-cig from kangertech. Awesome little e-cig but it has two extra coils with two different colors. Anyone know what they are or what they do?

    Attached Files:

  2. I think the blue on is a nickel coil...made for use with a temperature control mod in nickel mode only...do not use it in regular power mode...

The red one should be a normal Kanthal coil for use in normal wattage or voltage mode...

That's the colour coding for the coils on the Subtank anyways...

  3. Thanks. It's got a weird manual that kind of says that.. but in a fucked up way. Thanks for clarifying !!

eVic-VTC Mini.. Thats what it says on the side. I'm not really good with ecigs. I've been using pens, old outdated batteries and tanks for the past year just to quit smoking cigarettes without going through my stash when I have a nicotine fit lol. This is the first new and "up to date" ecig lol. Not a fancy one though by any means. Up until last week I've been using coils with the rope or fabric in the middle, this one is all metal.

  6. Joytech?

They make the eVic...is the tank Joytech too? The VTC Mini kits usually come with the eGo One Mega or, more recently the Tron-S tank...

They colour code their coils differently than Kanger...I'm not too sure what the coding is, but the coil should be clearly marked on the side of it...

  7. Blue should be a .2 ohm nickel and red should be a .4 ohm titanium
