Metal pipes vs. glass pipes?

Get a glass pipe. Metal pipes wont break but they just make you sad. I had a metal pipe and i think i preferred an apple pipe

First pipe i bought in mexico for 3 dollars when i was 13. Lasted until my freshman year. But yeah get american thick glass.

Not sure at what point in the year it was, but yeah, 1-2 years. I never dropped it though, smoking a bowl and it just cracked.

 

1. not any higher but you won't burn yourself on glass like you will on metal
2. rust takes years
3. don't drop the pipe when it's in your lap

 

Pipes won't rust. Anodized aluminum, stainless steel, brass and nickel plated brass are the most common materials. I prefer glass and always choose it first but some of the activities I do, don't allow me to always carry glass. I hate aluminum.

1. No. It justs tastes a lil better in a glass pipe and they are easier to clean.
2. Not if it's stainless steel. If it's galvanized metal, then yeah, it will rust.
3. Do Not expect to get the same rush from a pipe as you do from a bong.

Aluminum pipes are unsafe to smoke out of. Leave that to those who use harder drugs. Glass pipes are better, but nothing is as good as joints and blunts. Joints and blunts will not give you drug paraphernalia FELONIES that bowls will

It's a felony if the bowl is resined. If it's clean or new they can't do anything. But get glass man there really isn't a comparison. Try glass, I can almost guarantee you will prefer it afterwards.

as for OP:
1) No, but metal ones get hot and it sucks. I hate metal onnies/chillums.
3) My main two pieces are a glass streamroller bowl and a pretty decent 14" glass bong with percs n stuff. I choose the piece I use based on the kind of session I want. Bong for more intense, steamroller pipe for more leisurely sessions (like right now lol). The bowl size plays a factor too. Sometimes I wanna go all in with a big bong bowl and sometimes I want to be more conservative with my bud, which is why a pipe would be beneficial. It's probably half the size of the bong's bowl. But I love me a fat bong rip, no doubt lol


When I have people over it seems that most of them use pipes and smaller pieces regularly at home, so the bong hits em hard. To me daily bong ripping is pretty familiar territory.

umm no it's not. If it's clean they can't do anything. If it has resin then that falls under drug paraphernalia which is a misdemeanor in like, every state ever
