Hey, I'm a beginner with very little experience, I tried growing last year but lost all my plants to disease or pigs So I am planning ahead for growing next year, which will most likely be outdoors, and I am looking mostly at autoflower seeds because I want to grow them and get out before anyone finds me out. (Unlike last year). Basically, I want to know what the best autoflower you guys have grown were; specifically for beginner friendliness, high yield, and potency. *I have ordered from nirvana seeds before and they were very courteous, with speedy and stealthy delivery, and all the seeds germinated very quickly. So if anyone has ever grown any autoflower variety from nirvana I would be very interested to know how it did.
something like Auto Sour diesel or maybe one of stitches new superautos(long flowering autos) like the Muy Thai would give ya big (for autos) outdoor bushes with good yields, could harvest b4 fall if planted early enough in spring so ur in and out b4 the pesky piggies start looking for fall crops, and with the ruder genetics in each they should be plenty mold and pest resiliant
Sorry for the late response. But I averaged 12 oz per plant. I'm sure with some tlc you could easily get 400 grams per plant. Yes, it is beginner friendly.
That seems like a great yield for an auto. I grew a few autos this summer and didn't get more than an ounce off any of them. I've got a Blue Dream auto seed that I'm going to be growing outdoors next summer. If I can get even half of what you averaged, I'll be pleased. Did you use any special growing techniques?
I grew Short Rider from Nirvana last summer. It was fast and easy, perfect for beginners. I planted my seeds on May 10 and cut the last of it August 17, about 4 oz. from 3 plants. The smoke has a ~nice~ flavor and aroma. It's not sativa though. It's skunk. They do have some sativa strains like "Jock Horror." I had a good experience with Nirvana as well.
thanks, like I said I've done business with nirvana before so if you'd recommend their seeds, I'd probably rather do business with them again.
When I grow outdoors I always make sure to give the plants plenty of support (large tomato baskets, or posts to tie them to), and use netting to keep out most pests. I use a horse manure/compost mix for fertilizer. Also, I always make sure my plants go in late in my area. I've lost entire crops to late frosts. Waiting am extra week to plant your girls won't hurt at all.

Do not autoflower outside lel... Go for a hardy strain resistant to mold and pest. I usually buy from gorillaseeds check em out!
