Going to work NOT high.

I've been to work stoned once, not a fun experience. I work as a chef and had to cook 12 meals might seem easy but remembering every detail was tripping me up... Managed to get them out though.

 

Depends. Do you think being sober is boring? Lol Sober is the best state of mind to be in. Especially when your living depends on it.

Granted I go to work high all the time because my job is annoying.

 

I prefer working sober. The majority of the times that I went to work high I've messed something up lol. Not really boring, just work

 

Depends on the job. I could get high before work.. even during.. they even know I sneak out to get high in the woods sometimes.. but that is only when I'm not dealing with dogs. When I'm high, they just don't read me right. Most of my bad bites have been when I was high.. last time I had to get 12 stitches in my bottom lip.

Now if doing other work, I like to be high. Used to build HHO cells and the owner would always get me blazed cause I worked more efficient high.

 

Now that I think about it, it's not necessarily going to work that brings me down - it's coming home to my lonely flat, smelling like canola oil, with perspired clothes.


Hence, why I only drink and smoke in the evenings.

The only things that make me look forward to coming home are my cat and my pot plants.

It's simply a waste of a high to me. When I'm high I want to be doing what I want to do. Whether that's watching movies, playing videos games, eating delicious food, or whatever. Too many people at work kind of irk me and would just ruin my buzz. Not to mention some strains give me this "burn out" type of feeling during the come-down.. Work is the last place I want to be to experience that


Besides there's nothing like having that bowl packed when you get home as a I-made-it-through-the-day celebration

 

posted in the "working while high" thread, and will post here as well... I've done this as well. I did it as a delivery driver, was always swamped with orders (I never left the store with less than 150 bucks, just in tips. Typically made are 220). On a job like that, sobriety is key. You're being timed, your phone is ringing, your on the phone with one customer, reading a map book (I'm 23 and use a paper map book, i hate technology) looking at the road, and reading street signs all at the same time. Again, depends on the job, as to weather or not you can toke.

 

thats good money for tips. i've never had a job that required such precision so i'm high most of the time. vape pens have made it easier than ever to get high at work/public. i figure as long as it doesn't interfere with your duties then go for it!

 

Going to work high is a waste of a high, and weed for me. At work Im a completely different person, business first, no bullshit, get the job done, enjoy myself when I get off work.

I also prefer not going to work stoned because it really does feel like a waste of a high rather than being paid to be stoned. I guess its just my work ethic but when I'm at work I don't even really have to urge to be stoned because I'm just focused on what my boss wants me to get done

I prefer working sober. My job is in an open lab environment and is super easy so we are all just talking to each other all day. I get kind of quiet when I'm high, and if I go in and am just quiet and give one word answers while I'm high they'll start probing me and that's no bueno. I don't mind. I sit in between these 2 sexy ass ebony babes and across from another one. So I'm just flirting all day. I got like no game when I'm high hahahaha.

 

I usually don't because when I come down I'll get tired and dread work even more. Now if I got a strong sativa .... Maybe, but even then I prefer to wait til after, nothings better than that first hit after a long day of work looking forward to toking right after clocking out
