About to purchase nutes for my 4 auto plants growing but don't want to spend too much as this first grow has already went way over budget.(only need nutes for this grow really so small bottles is find) I stay in the UK, I can order online but don't know what? I take it I need nutes for veg stage and flowering stage, can I just purchase any over the counter garden centre ones? Not planning on starting nutes for couple weeks anyways and going to be giving probably 1/4 - 1/2 doses as apparently autos don't really like nutes as much ! Cheers guys
Powders are the way to go for value. Blood kelp fish meal bone meal potash molasses. Aerated teas...will do the trick (bone meal doesn't dissolve in water though so is better as a soil amendment.
I recommend General Hydro Maxibloom. Use it according to the lucas formula. It's about $16 for 2 lbs of it on ebay. You will barely use any on a 4 plant grow. Btw I'm using the maxibloom lucas formula on an auto in used ffof right now and so far she has loved it at full strength since week 3 which is when I started her on it. Sensitivity is really strain dependent. Anyways good luck on your grow!

I reckon any balanced nute can be used throughout. These marketing folk like to whack up the costs on weed specific nutes. Nothing wrong with plain old tomato nutes for the most part.
I didn't mean to suggest it's the only one. I apologize. There are a few nutes that can be used for veg and bloom. Just giving op a cheap option with proven results.
haha no need to apologise, I wan't suggesting you was suggesting that lol (that was a mouthful hahaha). Sorry was raising the wider point that cannabis specific nutes sold in grow shops are over priced. I went the other week and my pal asked me to grab him something call big bud. £27 it cost him, £27!!!!!!!!!!!!! The most expensive nutes i have bought it bat poo at about £8 for a tub, that will literally last me about 10 years!
