  1. Already have my own compost going for next season, but that's not what I'm here for. I'm looking for the best i(n your opinion) commercial Organic soil for growing indoors. There is a LOT to choose from and I am still new to this.
If there is a thread similar to this, and you don't want to answer, send me the link please! thank you!!

I'm not sure that anyone around these parts uses bagged soil at all. From my understanding even the better brands will not get you through a full grow cycle without needing some form of supplemental nutrition. There are good sources of commercially available compost/vermicompost out there, mostly dependent on what part of the country you're in (USA). You might be able to find one/both in your area and get on top of your soil mix sooner, rather than later.

For instance, if you live in the North East, Coast of Maine products and WormPower vermicompost should be easy to find...

  3. it is so easy and rewarding to make a batch of your own super charged SFW driven organic soil. Much easier than trying to find a decent bagged soil. Cut and dry, a decent bagged soil does not exist. These guys mix CC mix apparently and charge an arm and a leg.

They might even put it in a bag in small amounts. :)

Just mix up some of your own soil. You can do it on a tarp indoors. It's really no big deal, and worlds ahead of anything else you can purchase in a bag. The CC soil mix is what lots of folks including myself are using. I personally don't think it's necessary to source use everything exactly as in the recipe. It is WISE when beginning to stay as close as possible.

    Good luck!

  5. I know how to make soil. Been doing it for along time. I just moved and started another batch of compost. I just don't have anything to grow with RIGHT NOW. And I would rather spend the $ on growing my own than buying overpriced bud. I have a while to go until my compost is done.

  6. This might be what you're looking for:

    Ready To Grow Bagged Soil

It's a compilation of bagged soil mixes our members have used at some point in their grow careers and the list covers several different geographic areas of the country.

  7. That's what I was looking for! Thank u!
