Arizona Supreme Court Rules MMJ Card does NOT Protect against DUI.

    Well looks like it is official. It is illegal for me to drive in the state of Arizona anymore. They ruled that having a card does not protect against DUI but also does not mean impairment. Talk about double speak. For one it is illegal to bring up the fact in court that you even HAVE a MMJ Card not to mention try to make some defense against a DUI. Secondly what ever happened to innocent until proven guilty? I thought it was on the prosecutors side to prove guilty, not for the defendant to have to prove innocent.


    Not to mention Arizona is a Zero Tolerance DUI state. This all just really sucks. I am a former truck driver, I have more experience driving than 99% of the people out there. I have never been in an accident or even gotten a ticket, but because I choose cannabis to treat my disability instead of a ton of opiates. I am to be treated as a second class citizen.
