If there is a section in there about sex trafficking, it should of never been entered with this bill. This is a hijacked bill that was good at the beginning and now just suits the needs of the wealthy to come in and take over the marijuana growing and supply. Inform your senators to vote NO on this bill. There trying to bypass the Medical Marijuana Act, that the people of Michigan voted into place, not by are law makers. Do not let bad government ruin a program setup by we the people.

Taxing my medicine is not what I need after having cancer twice, getting a bone marrow transplant, and now I've developed kidney disease as a result of the chemotherapy. I worked for the Health Department for 29 years, raised a family , paid my taxes and successfully voted with the majority of people in Michigan to have legal UN-TAXED Medicine. HB4209 is the result of the GREED of the few. We must stop it. We voted, lets not let the few tyrants, create new legislation to serve the GREEDY few.
Taxes are a good thing. They will create revenue for the government and will allow more dispo to open in new locations.
