  1. So i put these guys in the system from small pots rooted out and top fed for a week or so untill i saw a few roots out the bottom, the problem is its like getting on for their 4th week now and growth is very minimal, i mean i expected it untill the pots we're rooted out but they have been for ages now and it feels like if they were in soil theyd be treble the size. Im flooding once a day at the moment and i dont know if its to much because the pot seems to always feel quite heavy and judging by the slight lime colouring i would guess it needs more food if anything. The pictures are 2 hours after a flood i know they droop for a while after in general but do u think that it should be like that 2 hours later or shall i stop flooding for a couple of days and see how i go. Everything res wise should be ok im not a newb but they're defo stunted and flood cycle is all i can think it could be. Im using canna vega A and B some enzyme stuff a bit if silicone and soon root bloom and a bit of calmag. Ec 1.4 its been 1.0 all the way up untill about 2 days ago so possibly underfeeding nute wise? Ph set at 5.8 and let it go up naturally to about 6.3 and then re do it. All temps air circ and light are good so im properly stumped. If i leave these pots to dry out what if they just stay that weight do i keep flooding? 60/40 pebbles/coco it seems like i should be flooding at least once a day which i have been but theyre just not doing that fully fledged growing u get when theyre going at it properly im getting hardly anything. The blue amnesia wer a bit more developed hense they are a bit ahead but still not getting a great deal, the smaller ones are black diesel thanks for any ideas or if ive missed some info let me know. Heartbreaking this help me out please guys! ImageUploadedByGrasscity Forum1447436737.677776.jpg ImageUploadedByGrasscity Forum1447436762.397594.jpg

  2. Does anyone actually use this forum!

  3. Think i might have early thrips on there would that stunt them that much?

  4. I run a top feed system with runoff returned to the res and use pro mix mixed 50/50 with perilite as my medium. After trying organic I had to retrain my brain to think hydroponic. This medium, as well as yours, is NOT soil so don't worry about overwatering as long as your nute mix is well aerated and the pots drain well.
I feed every three to four hours and feed until there is runoff coming out of my three gal pots bottom holes. I increase this to every two hours during bud. Yours may need more often feedings to get them all the nutes they need.
I never see droop after feeding so I'm wondering if your pots are draining properly? Does your medium and root ball sit suspended over the pot bottom in net pots or do the roots sit right in the bottom of the pot? Do you aerate your reservoir?

  5. Theroots do sit in a tiny bit but theres not alot of water in ther as ive got stands and plus not alot of roots are actually in there. What you said about draining seems like it could be but man i put alot of pebbles in there and a decent layer at the bottom so it is a bit strange the way the pots stay so heavy do u know any way to dry them out besides leaving them to do it by themselves because ive tried and it doesnt happen and i need to feed them obvs. By the way i mean literally 1 or 2 like tap roots stick out into the water so im 100% sure its not that. Thanks for taking the time tho mate ill look into a way to get these to drain besides replanting
