Why is my wax sizzling?

  1. Why is my wax sizzling when I hit the dab?

  2. because it was made poorly. Sizzle is a tell tale sign of moister in it. You can also take a little bit and put it to a flame and see if it just melts or sparks. Thats a good butane test for the poor man.

  3. The flame test is crazy. Sometimes even oil that looked good sparks like crazy.

But moisture dosn't always come from how it was made. Sometimes people put it in the freezer thinking it'll keep it fresher longer. Really it just soaks up moisture and budders up. But some people just won't listen or learn from their mistakes...

I had one person I bought hash from for awhile that apparently left it in the freezer without consequences. He tried the same thing with bho, and even after months of people complaining about sizzling soggy poop soup he still kept it in the freezer... I know its not like that when he gets it, I bought from him for awhile. Depending on when you bought from him it was either nice and stable, or 2 weeks later it was budder, then another 2 weeks later maybe it turned to a jelly like goo. Only the jelly sizzled. He didn't care because all he had before was wet waterhash that looked almost exactly alike. I wonder now If he was maybe trying to get that jelly consistency the whole time.

The freezer is the only way that can add sizzle though that I know of. Do the flame test to check.
