ok guys amd gals i got my 60x jewelers loupe today and checked my trichromes and they are about 99% milky with a few amber so i know shes ready for harvest for the sativa high im looking for. My question is do i need to put her in complete darkness 48hrs before harvest or no? I am very happy i waited since my last post of wondering if she was ready because in last 2-3 weeks she filled in even more. Jewelers loupe came in very handy and only cost a few bucks on ebay. Im ready to harvest with a good spot to hang her up just need advice on 48hr complete darkness question. Any advice helps. Thanks
Depends ... some will do selective harvest when buds like u describe . Wet trimming then paper bag online drying in dark til small branches snap the reason for darkness is to keep UV sunlight from deteriorating THC. 2week flush 2week trim and dry on line 2-4+weeks mason jar cure
