    I could not in good faith recommend that a client commit a new law violation. In fact, the moment that I even learn they had used one, I could not have them on the stand in a hearing related to an MTRP.

    I've seen you mention you're a lawyer & I can appreciate that angle. This person isn't your client tho, and sometimes empirical evidence trumps the prevailing logic.

    I would always opt to slip a punch than take one on the kisser

    Look up the certo and gatorade method and follow the instructions EXACTLY i was in your position like 8 months ago and it worked for me! Also lots of water and running or sweating of any kind.
