It's hard enough to start a business, much less a business that sells a product which is illegal on federal level, already has plenty of stores in the area, plus there is a lot of legal things you will have to go through. Plus your moving from philadelphia to colorado and thats gonna take a lot of money.
It's not like selling a dimebag on the street anymore

  5. Just wait till it becomes legal in your state, then jump on it. Have yourself a business plan worked out already, but its still gonna be competitive.

  6. Thank you. Moving is not a problem. Everything else - the problem to be solved. Are you from Colorado by the way?

  7. Hey from Durango CO ,

I wouldn't listen to nay-sayers ... but acknowledge there are regulations as per who can become registered business in MMJ and RMJ, and it also varies from county to county. Grand Junction for example has ZERO rec clubs but there are some on the 'perimeter' that serves Grand Junction, Fruita, and Utah residents. Out of staters are limited to 1/4 ounce purchase where CO residents are allowed 1 ounce. Also as per amendment 64 any resident can gro 6 plants flowering ONLY 3, but canopy is very rarely limited by square footage, but some counties HAVE put laws and regulations in place to limit legal 'production' by limiting canopy, therefore yeild.

BUT ... in all honesty, many people THINK it's 'golden' money, it's like any other business ... alcohol bars have been legal for decades and people that 'run' bars go out of business, so if you're good in business it shouldn't matter, HOWEVER >>>>> all that being said I have become so accustomed to living where weed is legal, and treated like alcohol, where i can possess it just can't puff and drive, BUT, to be free of paranoia, worry and concern, supplimented daily by some of the most amazing landscape, nature all around, it's way worth it even if not for MMJ or RMJ business.

BEst of Luck and Saftey First

  8. btw ...
