Head change

  1. Anyone else get a head change the first few days of your tolerance break.

Atm I'm in day 1 kinda snappy with the wife feel not normal.

  2. It's normal to be a bit crabby the first few days of a t break its like the first few days of someone quiting cigs.

  3. Only if I don't really have anything to do all day. If I'm working or going to school or really doing anything besides sitting at home it doesn't bother me. You just gotta get busy

  4. You allowed yourself to get to dependent on weed. You mind is just use to being high, after a few days you should be good though.

Takes me 3 hours to fall asleep and I get pissed at the littlest things. It goes away after 4 or 5 days though.

I'm on day 4 of a 11 day break and I haven't had any negative effects so far. It's hit or miss each time I stop. Tapering off instead of quitting instantly helps.

  7. tomorrow will make day for me to ight I just have a killer headache atm been taking nyquil help with the sleeping

  8. I am on a t break currently, I smoked every night for about 5 months and my harvest is getting a bit thin and I am moving soon so I can't start a new grow. Run on sentences.

I am not really snappy or angry, but fuck me I can not sleep for the life of me.

I spent the last two days doing heavier labor than normal and I still can't sleep. I don't drink coffee or anything with caffeine either. I just can not sleep. I am tired and I can't sleep. It is maddening.

TV isn't nearly as funny, that sucks too.

Definite spikes of irritability, hunger loss, and trouble sleeping.

  10. Biggest game changer for me was going from steady paychecks to none -- without notice [IMG]

  11. i dont have the money yet to need to have a tbreak, in a way i feel lucky

  12. Yeah sometimes a lil easily agitated for 2-3 days then I'm not even really thinking of weed to much and I'm good.
