its not film is fim as in f*** I missed. And I would highly suggest YouTube for this. They have several good and very detailed examples. Seeing it is way easier to understand "where" to cut.

We resupply our grow with clones. Once the clones have developed roots, they go into Solo cups. Confining the root space takes less time for the plant to develop it's roots and get back to growing foliage and the cups are small and work well for that. As soon as I see they have rooted in and start to drinking water and the foliage is growing, I'll pinch the tops. I let them recover from that and get back to growing good again and if I think they need it, I'll pinch them again. I try to top them enough while they're pretty small and coming up so that I end up with at least 6 to 8 tops per plant. I don't want to be pinching around on them as they get closer to flowering. I try to get them topped so that the last 3 or 4 weeks, all they've got to do is just grow and get larger...as little stress as possible. The more tops you've got, if you've got the light to flower them off, the more big buds you get. But it's not anything complicated. The plant needs to be healthy and have a good root system established first and know that when you do it, it stresses them a bit and it'll take them a day or two to recover from the stress of it. But these things are weeds. If they have light, water, soil and CO2, they're gonna try to grow. While they're in veg, you can do with them how you wish, but be careful during flower with cutting around on them and pruning. Some strains just can't deal with it and will make you some seeds...which I assume you don't want. Good luck! TWW
