I was trimming and harvesting last night. And on only one plant there was this little cluster of seeds on the bottom of one of the branches. The plant looked fine to me. But now I'm worried it's not smokable or it Hermied? Anyone else have this issue!?! Happy Halloween!
It was super late and didn't have my phone on me to take any pics. There were about 4 of them (seeds) and they were clustered together. They were beige seeds. And not hard. They were super soft. Not sure if that helps.
Sounds like you had one hermie. This usually happens when the plant is unduly stressed or you have light leakage during your dark hours. Since you've only found one pod, take them out and proceed. There is nothing about a hermie that is not smokable...unless it's the seeds. The seeds are useless, by the way, so just toss them. You'll notice if you squeeze them that they just collapse between your fingers. Be more careful next flower cycle to not stress your plants. If you're using box store timers, you might want to pay some close attention to them. I never could find anything in that line that could hold up to the demands that a grow puts on it and finally my husband just built me one out of an industrial grade timeclock. Nothing like being able to lie down at night and not worry whether your timers are going to work right. LOL Good luck! TWW
a few seeds won't hurt anything. I wouldn't grow them out seeing as they will likely do what their parents did. The bud isn't effected by a few seeds though
