Healthy munchies?

  1. hey, fellow blades! does anyone have any good munchies suggestions that wont make me feel like crap after munchin out after a sesh?

    i get the worst munchies when i smoke. I usually just eat lots of junk food, and i know its not good for me at all. So i wanna change that.

    anyone know some good, healthy munchies???

  2. Cucumber slices and dip, it's the shit for real.

  3. Here's one I like to do:

    Sliced green apple
    a little bit of hot caramel &
    a handful of crushed peanuts on the side.

    Sometimes I sprinkle cinnamon & a little sugar on.

  7. buffalo cauliflower, look up the recipe.
     
  8. fruits and vegetables... or, at least, stay away from processed crap.
     
  9. Green apples and peanut butter. Nori (seaweed), from Trader Joe's. Pork rinds. I try to avoid carbs and all sweetened carbonated beverages, plus most processed junk foods... Now smoking and munching more than ever and I've lost 30lbs since December 1st.

  10. Good suggestions, other than the caramel sauce. That stuff is nasty health wise (though tasty). Just about any fruits and vegetables. Try making a dip out of Greek yogurt and your favorite herbs and spices and dipping carrot sticks and celery in it.
     
  11. grapes, carrots, some small fruit or veggie you can mindlessly grab and crunch.
    I really like pumpkin or squash seeds too, salty and crunchy.
    make your own popcorn with a little butter, salt and grated parmesan.
    greek yogurt with honey and fruit.

  12. I've been really into these like, baked peas or beans that are lightly salted or come in wasabi flavored. They are really good and healthier than munching on potato chips which used to be my go-to snack
