Discussion in 'Medical Marijuana Usage and Applications' started by iBob619, Oct 24, 2015.

  1. Hello, My dad suffuring from heavy arthritis, and my aunt from fibromyalgia. They don't really want to smoke cannabis but I'm trying to find a good recepie to make a cream or a balm to help them manage their pain . Does anyone ever try something like that at home? I would like to have a simple recepie to make some at home. I would like to start with a small batch to test if it helps or not .

    Thanks in advance

I love making this and my friends with sore joints seem to love it. Try this recipe.

  3. I suffer from both and I can't smoke due to allergies and asthma. I vape and use an edible caramel/toffee type of stuff made with high CBD strains that I get from a compassion club that helps me sleep better. I also use resin/honey oil with a coil and a glass vubbler (it's smoke, but easier to take with the vubbler, especially if I put hot water in it because the steam makes it easier on my throat and lungs).

If you can get hold of high CBD strains, those are the best for arthritis and fibromyalgia. CBD or cannabidiol is a non-psychoactive, medicinal component of cannabis. It's a pain reliever, anti-inflammatory, muscle relaxant, anti-convulsant, etc. They can get relief without being overly stoned/impaired when using these strains, especially in edible form.
