My seeds have arrived and I have no idea where to start on supplies! I would like to keep the weed in my closet thats about 30" wide.. The seeds i am using are "Autoflower Blue Mystic" I would like them to stay under 2 feet if that's possible. I just need advice on a some sort of setup under 120 bucks if possible so I can grow 1-2 healthy plants! Thanks!

You have seeds and a $120 budget? It can be done. Personally, I would buy a 150w hps light for around $100 and spend the rest on good soil. Reinvest some of your harvest into a better setup, rinse and repeat.
You'll need at least 400w HID to cover a 3' width, and even then you'll be wasting light on the walls with 18" depth. Best efficiency for a 32x18x32 tent would be 2x 150w HID lights. Do as you please, but my opinion on rectangular tents like this is they are meant for mothers and veg areas, where you would have a long fluorescent light or a couple of HID/LED's. If you plan on using a single HID then you should look into square tents. Now, putting a tent into a closet requires even more work. Personally, if I wanted to grow in a closet I wouldn't bother with the tent. The heat has to go somewhere, and if you're making the effort to ventilate your closet then why take the extra steps to enclose a box within a box if you're ventilating the larger box in the first place? IDK man, putting a tent in a closet has never made sense to me, it's just a small box inside a slightly larger box. You still have to ventilate the larger box so why bother with the tent? It's just an extra step that you don't really need to take. Put the tent outside your closet and use it as a veg area, double your output. Or ditch the tent altogether and save a few bucks. Just seems like a waste of resources to me.

You can get a light setup from Amazon/E-bay for around $100, decent dirt for $10 and a bottle of nutes for about $12. If you got an oscillating fan laying around, that will help and lining the walls with tin foil is not ideal, but will work. Thats the bare essentials, however you will get out of this what you put in. More nutes, ph tester, smart pots etc etc are going to help you yield more and better quality.
As long as your temps are within range, yep. I manually flip my lights twice a day because I have a milk crate full of cheap home depot timers that don't work anymore and I can't afford an $80 Titan. Rely on my cell phone alarm. Just set your alarm and open and close your closet as needed. Late flower you'll need a ventilation fan to prevent mold during lights out because humidity will skyrocket but that's a few months away at least.

Also what should be my temps be around the plants?
Absolutely, autoflowers require ZERO dark periods. I grow mine under 20/4 lighting and leave my tent flaps wide open for best temps. No need for dark periods with autoflowers. I recommend any autoflower from bomb seeds, got a qp each under a single 1kw last time I grew their genetics. Nothing to brag about but for a 10 week grow period it's not bad...
