Ok I posted on another forum but no answers but my plants are 2 weeks from seed today they are in fox farm ocean soil under a 150 watt light and they are showing signs of nute burn and I haven't given them any nutes yet they have been only given distilled water could it be because I underwatered them or could the soil be to hot for them when I watered I did it lightly with no run off but last night I watered till I saw a good bit of runoff should I be ok now and will it stunt my plant and hurt my yield plz any help would be good thanks
Mine did the same thing because the soil was too hot for the seedlings but they weathered it and did fine. Your plants look nice to me.

I'd give them another week personally as long as they're not starting to look deficient. They actually look like they've already got a little nute burn on them. They look good though i think you're gonna be ok.
