Seeing as how those buds are full of seeds if it is from it herming then there's a good chance it's offspring would show the same trait. Was it from a wild plant? If it was, then maybe it was just seeded heavily by a nearby male. If the later is the case then it might be worth a grow.
cant say unless you know the garden it came from. could be hermie, could also just be pollinated. You can always make edibles with it!

Wild field? I would lean towards pollination. No real way to I'd that I am aware of outside you monitoring its growth. You likely have a 50/50 chance of fems. Grow 8 and once sex shows pic a of of the fems and keep going. Even if they herm you can still get a nice smoke or as someone else said make hashish or edibles.
