Gettin to comfy

  1. I am noting that lately in living more and more out side of my means to survive. And in struggling to find the Wil power to stop smoking. I just need get my life back on track blades. :( aby tips to regain focus?

  3. Ive heard this as well. Its good for stress and releases chemicals into your system to help you relax.
    You can chill and be healthier while saving $$$
     
  4. Also, focusing on something else... a new hobby, new friendships, take a class.
     
  5. Exercise and meditation. Breathing exercises in the morning. Diet change is helpful too for your focus. Making sure your getting the nutrients you need. Maybe even look into ayurvedic medicines etc.. some natural alternatives. Lots of nootropics and things that can aid in brain health.
    I do most of these things now, and i feel more 'here' than i did before I started these routines.
