What's the latest in flower you can cut clones and revert to veg? I'm thinking of trying to cut a few of the lower nodes for clones of some plants that started 12-12 about 3-4 weeks ago. Thanks for any help.
I've taken them week 5 just fine...they rooted petty normal just takes a while before they reveg...grab some nice looking small bottom branches that dont have a bunch of bud on them
Rooted some bag seed clones that were over a month into an outdoor flower, gotta say, they broke my balls I think the hardest part and the most time-consuming was getting them to revert back into veg, i'm sure it's somewhat strain dependent,but I will never do it again if I have a choice
Normally I wouldn't try, I am planning on moving pretty soon so I threw everything into flower. A friend of mine was given 6 clones to grow and he killed them all. So he wants to try again...
plants continue to grow roots up until about half way through flowering so rooting clones up to this point is simple enough (4 or 5 weeks for most strains) After this it's still possible, but the cut has to start to re-veg before roots will grow. If you can keep it alive until then, then again, it's no problem
