Alright so i live in Canada so my growing mediums are kinda limited in selection especially in my area. So i just want some suggestions on my recipe i put together with what is available in my area. So here we go... Mix Recipe: 70g/250l Pro mix vegetable and herb soil <3 bags> http://reviews.canadiantire.ca/9045/0594371P/pro-m... 7g/25l Perlite <3 bags> http://www.canadiantire.ca/en/outdoor-living/lawn-... 20g/80l EWC <2 bags> http://answers.canadiantire.ca/answers/9045/produc... 1 bone meal http://reviews.canadiantire.ca/9045/0592443P/green... 1 blood meal http://www.canadiantire.ca/en/pdp/cil-blood-meal-1... 1 sheep manure http://reviews.canadiantire.ca/9045/0592253P/circl... Im also going to ad some Epsom salt, azomite and dolomite lime. So is there enough pro mix? Enough/too much ferts? right ferts? Is a 3-6 month cook long enough? Should i do bottom half of pot super soil and top just pro mix? Any suggestions/tips/Alternatives greatly appreciated. My first organic super soil mix!
Most of the stuff you're using is extremely frowned upon here. Also the way you're putting super soil as the bottom layer is what people call stoner science. If you want to join me in my thread I can show you what to do to have great plants. It's in the indoor grow journals section. It's called Plan your work; work your plan. I'm just starting right now so we can grow together.
Is you manure from sheep that were organically raised? Bone meal has antibiotics and it supports an industry that slaughters seafood which also contains mercury. Blood meal the same thing. Azomite has aluminum and isn't even a rock mineral. Epsom salts is stoner science because those hydro stores want you to think pot plants are magnesium hogs. Are your ewc organic certified? If you want to check out the thread about super soil and flushing just look below your thread in the forum.
Well we dont know what's available to you lol. Sphagnum peat moss Earth worm castings Lime rock dust Azomite Kelp Meal Alfalfa Meal Perilite All good stuff! Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk
I can do better than that. I can't link the journal but go to the organic grow journals section. Find NA's grow journal. His name is NorthernAutos. He's Canadian and may be able to help your source ferts. He had some trouble as well.
There are some great stickied threads on simple ingredients as well. Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk
