Folks with anxiety how often do you medicate?

  1. How often do you guys medicate for your anxiety?


    I just discovered how great it works for
    me, and was wondering how often others are smoking/vaping ect.
     


  2. don't over do it. a fun experience all calm like can turn focus driven freak out quick. just do not get to much thc in you at one time that you hang onto the edge of the seat salivating

     
  3. When you have anxiety and you medicate, you're going to become dependent on it. The best way to treat anxiety is therapy. If it's extreme anxiety, like a crippling fear of people then bud might be the only healthy way you can live your life, but if you're like me and you just don't feel overtly comfortable around strangers it's better to address your fears than repress them.

    This is really good habit. Meditation is the best method to overcome from stress. i also do meditation. When I started to read this thread from starting, I did not find this technique. but while reading your post I think there is indeed a people like you who do yoga or meditation. I think everybody should take it as part of life like food.
     
  6. Meditation is key to a healthy brain IMO.


    What do you do when you break your leg? mend it.


    Anxiety to me is nothing more than your brain needing to heal. Meditation and acceptance is my way of healing my mind. I have added CBD and THC to do these things for me also.

  8. I have PTSD from a work incident, I smoke usually around 4-6 times daily. I started just smoking a batty, but your body gets used to the substance so don't be surprised if you see yourself needing a little more over time. Yes therapy is needed first, but therapy doesn't aid the "jumpyness" of anxiety. So I smoke to relieve those symptoms. Also yoga and meditation really help with centering yourself, in turn making you a calmer person. Hope this helps!
     
  9. Moderate anxiety here, and I'll only use already vaped plant matter when I feel it creeping in. As soon as I get a bag, I'll take my vape for a spin and keep at least one dose handy at all times. I'll usually only smoke when I feel an attack coming on, which happens once or twice a week. Regular bud is my go to for migraines and my god-awful stomach, but I won't touch it unless I need it when I start to get tight in the chest, just in case.
     
  10. I'm pretty bad with anxiety I'm on a long t break but still smoke once a day usually it's only a hit or two since my wife still smokes..I just love the taste.

    but getting high since about 6 months ago has been making my anxiety worse...

    black pepper helps with anxiety a lot. I recently purchased some black pepper oil and am figuring out how to use it but use the peppercorns freshly ground regularly mixed with honey. black pepper also boosts the properties of other compounds like cannabis compounds and turmeric for example...

  18. Living in sc that's hard to come by....its been getting better tho if I take like two hits and chill I'm fine but when I try to smoke like I used too with a 8th a day I'll get all anxious and it ruins my high...Like I said tho starting to get my tolerance up slowly again.
