How much mid for weed brownies?

    Hi, I know this has probably already been asked before, but I have yet to find a definitive answer. I have acquired 2 ounces of "higher quality" (read: green) mid grade bud. I plan on making 2 batches of 16 brownies each. I am going to decarb the weed in the oven, and make it into cannaoil according to the brownie recipie. My question is, if I use an ounce of mid for each batch using the above method, will one brownie be enough to get somebody stoned off their ass

    I would use the 2 ounces to make enough cannabutter for 16 brownies.

    Yes one brownie even of mids if you use a full ounce will get you stoned if they are made properly. 28 grams between 16 brownies is just under 2 grams per brownie which is definitely a strong dose. 2 of them and you would probably be really fucked up

    If I made the cannabutter with a half oz and two stick of butter , would the butter be strong or would I need more weed.?

    I think it is pretty standard for recipies to call for 1/4-1/2 oz per stick of butter. But if you want to be a great weed cook and make exact doses you will have to weigh your stick of butter since they are different sizes in each country.
    To answer your question no it would not be strong to a heavy user but it is a good does and even heavy smoker probably take 2-3 max to get buzzed up good.
