California or colorado?

Discussion in 'Seasoned Marijuana Users' started by Surferzz, Sep 29, 2015.

  1. This is for weed quality, your personal choice to live and/or what you like better. I personally live in California and think the dank here is a tad bit better due to the fact California has been studying it since the 60s and there's a reason Dr Dre calls his album the chronic. Smoked both cali and colo herb, That's just me. Im sure everyone from where they are from will say the same.

    Peace/Love

Enjoy and please don't talk shit on other peoples opinions thanxx

  2. It's better wherever you know the best grower. Genetically speaking neither is better. It's not like Colorado just found out about weed two years ago when they legalized. We have had medical for 15 years now and it wasn't exactly non existent before then. Most decent Cali genetics make there way here anyway. Maybe in the 90's Cali dominated the market but quite a bit has changed in 20 years.

  3. Oregon! Between the two, I'd pick Colorado. Personally prefer the colder weather and access to snowboarding. Bud is gonna be about the same anyway.

  4. True dude. Makes sense thank you for that. It's all about like what you said who takes the best care of their plants

Good good, keep on passing up on Oregon and Washington ..lol.
I just moved back to Seattle..my choice is Washington but CO has way better snowboarding.
Either way CALI is the most expensive to live in. The job market up here is pretty good, mind you im comparing to Southern New Jersey where I previously lived where I lost 2 casino jobs in less than 6months due to closure.

Though dont sleep on bud from everywhere else bro..isnt the seed behind OG KUSH from a Florida plant? Or atleast that is the urban legend?

  6. This is kinda dumb. Unless we are talking about outdoors, then yes, outdoor bud from California is usually he best because California has perfect growing conditions for marijuana.

But if we are talking about indoor, then well anywhere can have the 'best weed'

  7. i have actually vacationed jn both states a few times the last few years to try to decide, and i think i settled on Colorado based on the amazing snowboarding just 2 hrs from denver, amazing hiking just an hour from denver and the cheaper cost of living all are big positives to me. And then vacationing in California will be a much cheaper plane ticke

Agreed. I live in New Mexico and I have grown as good as any weed here indoors.

  9. I prefer Coloraddy herb. The bud that gets shipped in from Coloraddy is usually a bit fresher than the long ride from Cali. Just my .02.

  10. This ^

  11. Washington. We grow better here.

Seriously though, unless it's an outdor grow, there's no legitimate comparison to be made between states. At that point, it becomes solely the skill of the grower, location not being a factor for indoor crops.

  12. Even on outdoor it depends on the grower. Having California weather doesn't ensure an awesome crop. Plenty of low quality outdoor weed gets shipped out of Cali every season.

  13. cali is full of fake plastic people

and colorado is full of school shooters and crazy people

i'd choose washington state, near mt. rainer ....
or oregon if you're a vampire.

  14. I have lived in CA, NV, and OR and visited CO multiple times but never smoked weed there, but just from being a native of CA it'd be hard not to choose. When I lived in OR briefly, the weed quality was a pleasant surprise and that was coming from the very first dealer I found right off campus. The quality in NV is also fine but the prices are definitely a little steeper, not much just noticeably; I'm not sure if its from higher taxes or lesser availability. But as a total package it's gotta be CA, that's where I first got my card and first smoked weed so yeah.

  15. I know people in Cali so I'll go with Cali but any area can have the dankest it's all about the care taken during the grow not the location imho

  16. Why is everyone forgetting Oregon. Oregon is full of people who have moved here from CA. Oregon just passed recreational. I'm really afraid it's going to drive the price up now that the state is going to put a 25% tax on it. The weed is as good as the grower.

When you have your choice at dispensaries, it's like you know 100 growers in your neighborhood.

  17. Since I am in Texas have more choices from CO but hey, I am not gonna turn any down! But it's all different due to how growers grow..that's alright by me...

What? I'm pretty sure we're talking about recreational sales, which means the bud is grown in-state.
