Can you put cremated ashes in the soil of a plant?

  7. Of course you can. There's even a thing where they bury you with a tree sapling and it uses your body as food for years as it grows. Even after your bones are long turned to dust, the environment of bugs and worms that your rotting body created will thrive and keep the tree healthy for the rest of its life.
