Hello, i noticed 2 days ago something on 1 leaf, now it spreaded on others.

This stuff is white, shiny and cant be scraped off, you can see it reflect light on some pictures. It looks like dried snail slime. But when i look it up close, on some parts of leaf it looks like top layer of leaf is gone (no hairs) but on other part of leaf it looks like its portruding out. tho im not sure on that last sentence because its too small to see it clearly with naked eye.
On first picture circled in red you can also see some dots that are poked like with needle and are brown colour. (looks like separate problem
Also, bottom of leafs are perfectly fine.

I thought its White Powdery Mildew but its supposed to be hairy right and can be scraped? Also, im pretty sure i dont have mites or any bugs i watch the plant hourly and never in last 2-3 weeks have seen a single bug on it or ground.

Can somebody help me identify this? For now i think its PM. The only thing is it doesnt look like flour.

Also, take into account im not from USA so i would prefer if you could tell me some home made recipies like with baking soda to spray plant which i plan on using now.

    Cheers
