Hey guys, So over the summer I bought a 2.2" 4pc kannastor grinder from a local headshop. Well now I am at school. Some idiot I was smoking with pushed down on the screen causing it to no longer be flat anymore. So i went to kannastor's website and purchased new screens. Well they get here about an hour ago. and here is where the problem is. Mine had this clip in it holding up the screen. The screens i bought were the easy change screens. now I can't even get the bottom piece (kief catcher) to screw on with the new screens. Did I make a mistake or am I just doing it wrong? I really don't wanna have to buy a new grinder and if I do, it certainly won't be kannastor if this is the case.
Kannastors have a life time warranty and have great customer service. I've had mine for 6 years now and it's still going strong. The top has been replaced once and that's it
