Freezer DIY

  1. I have been a GC member for a few months and have really appreciated all the great information available. I started my freezer and wanted to share it. Waiting for the LED panel for the top and panda film to line the walls. Will test out the temps, container and water, to see if we are close to launch. Was able to get the fan and carbon filter under the freezer by mounting it on the furniture dolly. Will also make it easy to move. Am going to build a skirt around the bottom that I will line with neoprene to dampen the sound of the fan. It is not terrible but quieter is better. 2. Not bad idea at all...I'd be hanging the LED light on a counterweight so you can glide it up and down vertically, adjusting the light to the plant, rather than the other way round, avoid kinks and bends to improve venting efficiency, and wheels on a freezer is a dead give away..lol vertically mounted T8's are ok once the plant is in bud, but you won't need them 6500k tubes stick to the 2700k, good luck
