I didn't know if I should post this to Pandora's Box or here, but ultimately decided it was a political issue.
I don't usually make threads, because I'm either too late or it gets ignored, but I just saw this, and no one is talking about this disgusting violation of this woman's constitutional rights.

How the fuck, can we be in the 21st goddamn century, and shit like this is still happening?
Does this judge willfully ignore our right to religious freedom, or is s/he merely incompetent?

  2. it almost sounds like a made-up story..

not that i would defend the judge in any way.. if this really happened. all of it just seems like complete b.s.

that said, as an atheist i absolutely wouldn't give a shit if someone forced me to sit through some christian or muslim counseling... why or how would my rights be violated? .. "what's a god to a non-believer?"
if my children could be taken away from me, then i'll sit and listen to santa claus if that's what the "counseling" suggests.. (wonder why she had to take counseling in the first place)..

anyways we're having enough fun with Kim Davis, i think, no need to twist this shit around :)

  3. This happens all over this country every day when people are required to attend AA meetings.

  4. Amen brother! (Pun intended ;) ) I've been to a few and it is straight up cultish.
