So im four weeks into veg indoors in one tent, couple weeks in in another, 6 plants total. I had one hermie a couple weeks back, so I put it outside. I didnt want to kill it, so I put it in the shed at night, and it stayed in flower. I brought it out this morn, put it on a chair outside the shed. Was a pouring rain, heard a knock, fedex guy was on the porch. Seemed nervous as hell, gave me my shit , turned quick and left without looking at me or the plant. I took it out in the woods immediately, in the pouring rain, so theres nothing in the yard. I have no idea if he took a pic, it was raining... the plant is right there, he had to see it. If they call cops, theres nothing in the yard to see now, I can deny it, but could they get a search warrant for my house, based on that? Im in very rural Wisconsin.
If the Fed Ex man reports it to the police I believe they can obtain a warrant. This would be something to ask a lawyer that is familiar with you state laws. Why save a herm?

That guy probably isn't going to say anything. He's just a man doing his job and wanted to get home like every other blue collar worker. You would already know if he had. Be smart from now on. Don't put it where someone may accidentally stumble into it
thanks killset, I needed that. Im thinking he would tell his boss, boss would?, if anything call sheriff, sheriff would send a Deputy out to look around and ask me if I had a plant . Its one plant, in the yard. Im not seeing much reason for a search warrant based on that....and its long gone, nothing to see here...crap.
Hell if its gone. Then you have nothing to worry about. Can't get arrested for what a fed ex guy "thinks" he saw. Most those guys don't give a crap anyways. Chances are he's smoked a bud or 2 in his time. Lay low for a few days and feel things out
If the police want a warrant they will either find a reason to get one or do the classic knock and talk.
They aren't going to go through that much trouble over a plant he probably didn't see. Most Fed ex guys are cool.

I would not worry , like others have said the fed ex guy is just doing his job. And even if he did go tell someone it's just heresay, try to not let that paranoia get the best of you .I know its difficult sometimes lol. And if by some chance you do get a knock on the door , don't answer !!
LOL....my favorite FedEx guy is a smoker too. I don't do a lot of on-line ordering, but I do order most of my supplies on line since I can get them much cheaper than at the grow store and I also get free shipping on everything since I have Amazon Prime. I had 4 huge plants sunning in the back yard a few weeks ago after I had ordered a bunch of stuff for my grow room. He drove up that afternoon and I had forgotten to move them to a place where they had better cover. He got out of the truck, got my stuff out for me and I signed and we walked over and had a look at the plants. I promised him a bud once they're harvested. Don't fret yourself to death. Most of them are cool and if they reported every illegal thing they see during their daily travels, we'd all be in jail for something! LOL
Well I don't know about if he took a picture, but someone just going to the cops saying "This guy is growing weed" is hearsay, you could turn around and accuse him of the same thing. I seriously doubt they could get a warrant based on that

Man those fedex dudes be smokin up too how else would they like that job, hell those fedex trucks are shipping weed from coast to coast and dont even know it haha. Why dont you plant some tomato plants next year so if u want to sit a plant outside itll be disguised.
I had my plant next to the condenser and when I came home there was a sticker it saying the outer perimeter was sprayed with that days date. I was more concerned about the termite spray then the fact the person saw my plant. I moved it though, and put an empty pot where it was so if anyone came by, it would look like i plucked it.
So far so good.... I have been harvesting that yard plants sisters inside for a week now. I took that plant out in the wild, and she ended up getting frost bitten a few weeks ago. I dried her down to a measly 1/2 oz of buds and about an oz of popcorn and butter fixin's, hardly worth the risk. But I had 4 more of those stinky girls inside, and 2 white widows, I can smell them in the yard with the doors closed and a fire going...
I'm sure that guy has seen some shit in his line of work, so I doubt a plant is much to worry about, especially since you moved it to the woods.
