Just spent $750 on a new Sublimator and dont even have it a month before it stops working. PlanetVape said i can pay the expensive interaction shipping charges to send it to Sublimator to take a look.. Don't be a victim like me. Buy a different vaporizer unless you run across a previously used Sublimator that you know is reliable
How much is the shipping cost? For something worth $750 , you would think it came with a warranty. Many vapes companies do. I had to send back a Da Vinci once and got it replaced under warranty from Da Vinci even though I bought the unit from a reseller. I did pay $6 in shipping though, but its easier to ship a portable vape than a sub. A warranty says a lot about a companies faith in it's product and its stance on customer service. But I have to admit : the one time I did hit a subliminator , it was a great experience.
i would burn them down at every opportunity. every place you could leave a review should get all of your story in juicy detail so that they really look fucking stupid. all they have to do is take care of the customer. but instead decide to be dbags. as a matter of fact, i am going to go leave a review that i wont be purchasing one due to crappy customer service.
