  1. For 30 days i will exercise for at least an hour and meditate for an hour everyday. I will be checking in to here periodically mostly for myself but anyone is welcome to comment. Looking forward to the month of September, have a good one.

  2. Good Luck!

  3. Thanks Superjoint, First day is down except i lowered the times to at least 31 and building up to 60 towards the end, Today i longboarded for 35 minutes and meditated for 31m. Looking forward to tomorrow.

  4. By all means please update us daily!! This is amazing. I would love to keep up with your results.

    Thanks!

  5. Do you have any goals specifically, like losing weight, or be fitter?

  6. That's great! I love exercising.

Actually, I hate muscle exercising but love running. But, I like feeling strong and hate that weak feeling so I do both. If I let myself slide I start not having as much energy and everything seems harder to do. I hate that shit with a passion! It's a huge motivation for me to not slack for long.

  7. To be totally honest, you will only begin to start seeing results after about a month. You should aim for 3 months, that shit will change your life for real.

  8. My goal is to gain stamina and strength for my body and to clear my mind, by that i mean reduce anxiety/depression. I haven't weighed myself in months and i hate it because it warps you into this number craze and I have bigger goals than a number on a scale. Eventually I will weigh myself because there are certain things I will have to for like going to the doctor or whenever I wanna skydive but all in due time.
Hell yeah momentum is intense, that's why I started this thread because I need a solid 30 day burst of energy to get me going. So I just got back from today's venture, I longboarded for 40 minutes with pushups in the middle and then meditated outside for 32 minutes. Tomorrow ima have to work on balance for my right leg so i can start longboarding with my other leg because i needa give my right leg a break. Also gonna do some uphill suicides and probably make it a cardio/legs day.

    Thanks everyone for being supportive.

  9. Today was a struggle to get out there but i finally did. 35 minutes of jogging/walking in even intervals and 33 minutes meditation. I'm feeling relieved that i got it done for the night cuz it's getting late.

  10. dude, 2 hours every day is a lot to devote. More power to you tho

  11. don't make excuses when it comes to exercise. Reason #1 for fat and lazy people to remain that way. Once exercise becomes your drug of choice, laziness is not a factor. And smoking weed always does help with motivation when you are already on the run.

Good start OP! keep at it [IMG]

Today was fun, i woke up to it pouring so i smoked a few bowls and waited for it to die down. I go outside and the sun is shining while it's sprinkling. I got to the end of my street, turned around and snapped this photo. IMG_1430.JPG

I started jogging and walking for 35 minutes and meditated for 34. That shit was beautiful

  14. Long-boarded 45 minutes and meditated 35

  15. So last night i ended up drinking beer instead of working out, Lol it was not the best decision but i came back today with 40 minute jog/walk intervals, some jumping jacks and of course 36 minutes of meditation. I need to figure out a way to meditate outside without getting bit by bugs.... shit is annoying, considering buying some mosquito repellant or something.

  16. The beer in your gut attracts those bugs. Try drinking more water as you exercise. How many days in your 30-day venture have you accomplished your goal thus far?

  17. I'm drinking a lot of water and I've completed 6 days; I'm on the 7th.

  18. Nice!! Keep it up bro. I'm following this... I really need to get started on something like this as well, ASAP. Life's being a bitch lately!

  19. There's an old zen saying...

"You should sit in meditation for 20minutes a day, Unless you're too busy then; you should sit for an hour"

  20. Does it count for meditation if I sit at my computer staring at the screen for 12 hours a day while I don't get paid for it? If so, zen monk ascended master right here, dedicated to the cause of freeing my mind of this working-man's slavery bullshit.

I wouldn't mind having paychecks again though... I kinda miss having money to spend on weed [IMG]
