Fast paced forced interactions when youre super high

  1. So this new sandwich shop opened up right next to my college and I decided to go to try it out before work, so I take about two big hits and head over there and by the time I get there I'm pretty high already but figure it'll be quick and easy. Well dammit I get in there and it's really packed and the entire staff and crowd literally look exactly like the type of people of go to those horse derbys and they're all dressed fancy and fully staffed by all these really preppy up to beat white girls ready to go over the entire menu with you and really engaging in conversation with you, then these ladies who I presume are these owners who look wealthy as hell but super nice all start talking to you about what you're ordering and shit just talking a lot lol.

Tbh if I was sober I would've thought this was great but since I just freshly got baked it wasn't convenient lol. Have you ever had to talk to someone before unexpectedly freshly baked?

Reading your many threads about being high in public and its painfully obvious that you don't need to be high in public...

Fuckin up free milkshakes and not being able to even talk to someone about a damn sandwhich...

  3. hahaha dude i think u had a gr8 time

  4. Got high as fuck before before work and out of the blue my boss asks me to help clear plates and cups and shit from people's tables, restaurant was heaving aswell :( I usually just wash dishes. It's a rarity for me to be blazed at work so that shit was bad, managed to not drop anything tho

    It'll catch up with me

What I try to remember when I get anxious in social settings(whether I'm high or not) is that I'm not really all that important to these people, they probably don't give two shits about me or even noticed that I was there, so why should I stress about what they think of me/how I'm coming off?

  6. I can agree with that somewhat, but you cant go thru life thinkin that. Ruins it for you and the few that actually are genuinely trying to conversate with you.

  7. First, you're young and just trying to figure out the world and your place in it. You need them to help show you the way.

Then you are a teenager, and you try to fit in. You care so much about what they think.

Then you grow up, and you try to stand out and find yourself, so you don't care what they think about you anymore.

Then you get old, and realize they were never really thinking about you the entire time.

  8. Oh yeah I'm not saying you shouldn't care what other people think of you ever, sometimes you have to make good impressions. And especially if your socially anxious(like the OP seems to be) putting yourself in those social situations is the best way to get better at it. I was just saying that it's a nice trick to calm yourself down. Like realize your not really that important, to these people anyway, and that helps some people relax.

  9. Tbh I actually sort of agree with you. Never do good interacting with people high in public.. the thing is I'm a college student living at home so when I smoke it's either late at night (if even) OR.. head out, smoke in my car real quick and just go out for a little bit (eat, Barnes n nobles, errands) which is ALOT easier to do since I just hop in my my car, pack 3 or so "pinches" for 3 or 4 good sized hits and I'm on my way. But honestly, especially lately I just don't think going out is the best for me when I'm high, much better for me to chill by myself and relax but a lot of times hopping in the car and taking a few hits is my only option. I think I'm going to avoid going out in public and just get a good feel of when to do so at night.

  10. Yeah a store at the mall, like 2 years ago. So, just got done blazing down a blunt In my car.I walk in the mall then into a shop in the mall look at one sweater. Immediately I get swarmed by like 4 employees all waving clothes in my face asking millions of questions. Reminded me of the pigeons from Finding Nemo.

  11. worked at a Papa Johns for two years, both Super Bowls were... interesting, if you know how busy they get on that day...

then there were all the times working in blizzards, nothing like lake effect snow hitting and next thing you know a cop is asking you "how the hell are you even controlling this thing?" :3 thats my secret, sir, lol.

  12. One time i got baked and out of nowhere my girlfriend said that we had to go to her family picnic that i didn't know about. I was having a good time watching movies and shit until that garbage ruined my day.
