I Think I Have Neuoroathic Itching/Pain? Need Help

    I am in desperate need of help. Not even my facebook friends can figure it out.



    I have this itching problem from the neck up. My scalp, ears, right eye,
    nose, face and neck constantly itch. It is like a tickling/crawling
    sensation. The only thing that is helping now is a med called
    gabapentine. It itches more when things touch the areas that itch. Even
    when I sleep it gets bad from my head touching the pillow when I lay
    down. It gets worse at night also.



    So recently I had what is called an angioma removed from my brain stem.
    My neurosurgeon says the itching is not related but I am not sure yet. I
    have seen so many specialists. I have also been put on allergy med and
    so on. Topical treatments do not help. Not even THC salve. I believe it
    may be a nerve problems but my current neurologist can not even figure
    it out. They all give me meds because they refuse to tell me they do not
    know what the problem is. Can anyone help me out?
