The most popular brand would be raw papers or maybe zig zigs ultra thins. Juicy jays are flavored but the taste is pretty mild and don't burn very clean

 

Raw's are made of hemp, and the way to go in my opinion. Personally I prefer to roll my weed in something that allows me to taste the weed (Papers like Raws or Elements) as opposed to something with its own flavor, like a cigar leaf. You will also spend way less...its a few dollars for a pack of papers, as opposed to just a couple cigarillos (if you're lucky)

 

Hemp papers are really similar to normal papers. You've gotta be a connoisseur to care.

i use nothing but RAW's. i tried most, if not all the other papers out there and RAW's work the best for me. i use a roller as well and i got it with a little kit. roller, papers, filters, that sort of thing. when i put keif and hash oil in my doobies the RAW papers don't run as bad as the others.


there are times when i need to slow one side of the doobie down so the other side can catch up, but it is easily dealt with. zig zag's had the habit of running all the time. no matter which ones i used. unless it was strait ganja in the joint, then it had a better chance of not fucking the whole thing away.


juicy jays just made the doobie taste funny to me, even though my friends are more laid back with that kind of thing and don't mind it so much. i also found RAW's to be stronger and more durable. like when i am making a cross joint or some other ridiculous thing. the RAW papers can take more punishment. the organic hemp RAW's are by far the smoothest wrap a doobie could have. at least my lungs think so. and they don't have any discernible taste but then again i don't normally taste the paper unless it has a bunch of chemical stuff on it for slow burning or unless it has a flavor sprayed on it. i just cant get into that whole flavored wrappers...


in the end though, i would smoke a joint out of a tootsie roll wrapper if it was all i had
