New bong... Fucking

    Yeah I bought this piece today, 70 bucks so thats okay I think. Later I comme to use it and... The downstem they put in the kit is too long and wont fit -,- I'm kind of mad, I'll go back tomorow and hopefully their fucking mistake won't cost me a fucking downstem ImageUploadedByGrasscity Forum1440557538.491109.jpg

    Usually head shops are cool about it and will exchange it.

    Nothing man...keep it clean. I'm sure they'll make it right. Its better to keep a happy customer then to loose 1

    You can't even imagine hahahahah there were even some on the downstem but yeah it was a chinese tobacco store anyway
