White spots on leaves

    This is an autoflowering plant, growing outdoors in the northeast US. These spots look weird, almost like water stains or calcium or paint lol but I've never grown a plant so im not sure whats what. Any answers of what the spots are would be great. Thanks

    Also I have neem oil in case it is a mite problem or something

    Looks like Powdery mildew.

    Sometimes PM could be mistaken for dry nutes. Have you been using nutes?

    Looks like mold to me. There are a few ways of getting rid of it.
