Hi Guys, Ive been doing a little research about scrogging, But was wondering if i was to late to start? -- I switched to flower less than 24 hrs ago.
I think it may be okay since you will still get stretch after the switch to 12/12. I mean I don't think it can hurt but honestly don't take my word for it hahah I am pretty new to growing. I think by stretching them out and allowing the tops that are under the higher tops to get some stretch will help but again someone should confirm who knows exactly what they are talking about...
Well ive been reading alot about SCROG lately but i think i might just keep doing what im doing, Ive been training them pushing them down and they have grown quite well. Definatly going to scrog it next time !!!
Yeah that what I'm going to do my next grow. Right now I just wanna make sure I can keep them alive hahah. Good luck
Most of my friends that grow do not even put the screen up till flower. She will stretch for the first two or three weeks, plenty of time to tuck everything under with most strains
Since you've already flipped to flower I would stay on your plan. You could scrog those but I don't see the point with what you have going on. Those plants are too small to fill up a scrog net the size of you're tent even with a big stretch in flower . I scrog and sometimes don't put a net in till almost flower but my tents alot fuller to begin with. I would just stick with some lst thus round. You'll have some planning to do anyways. Looks like your in about a 4'x4' tent atleast. Is there only 1 access point? When you do scrog how do you plan to reach the backside under the net? Its going to get crowded under there. I can stretch all the way to the back of a 4x4 but throw in a net, pots and plants its not very easy without a 2nd access point
