Idk about jojos, but a lot of warranties going on over at FC. It looks like when it is working it does very well, but I won't be ordering one til the bugs get worked out.
Sorry, missed this question. My Grasshopper is still running, but has been through many replacement parts. I don't have an exact number, didn't keep track too well, but something like 3 back ends and one new body section. The only original part is the mouthpiece. But it carries on, quite powerfully really. They recently modified the back end design which will help with the biggest issue, the back end popping open. I have this new design it is much more robust. In my opinion they have enough of the bugs worked out to preorder one now as long you are patient. Don't expect delivery in the 2-3 months they estimate.

March 2015 order and still waiting patiently. Should be soon though as they seem to be delivering on December 2014 and January 2015 pre-orders now.
had one for a month sent for warranty repair in Nov. 2017 except for generic response, nothing no status except we are working on it. noticed Xmas sales on their site so still selling but not able to repair/replace unreliable product, poor support would not recommend this product
