Good bad or evil

I don't no about the heading, but I had to draw attention to my post lol.

Basically, the dude I get my bud off usually all ways gives me good quality bud. But every now and again I get this crap that basically has feich all smell, if any it's like a sweet smell a small bit rotten fruit but no skunk smell to it whatsoever. Taste nothing like weed. For instance I got an O on few days ago was dank ahell, lovely skunky smell to it, today i get left with this what I'm told is the same batch, but it taste weird and not the same buds have lost of what look like crystals bid the bud texture is very weak and dull and grinds up fluffy with no stick ... Can anyone tell by these pics if this weeds really bad and should I drop this guy, or is it possible for it to lose its smell and potency in just under a week? It's not the first time it's happened.. And I always complain about it, and it just seems to keep happening and the last stuff was very head high this is very light. Thanks for your replys guys. I'm from the land of the leprechauns so yeah I'm in a forbidden zone, so my choices are limited to a certain extent. I'm a smoker for 10 years but I don't know what's up with this stuff....
It looks like real bud, but every time I toke on it, it doesn't feel rite. There is no taste or smell. That last stuff I got reaked of skunk, and he says there both the same. Is it possible for bud to lose tasted and smell in a week...
Isn't it lucky I get tick off him?? Ha.
Iv been doing some research online and Iv been coming across these "legal buds" from international oddities. It's hardly that stuff is it?
