Yeah man I hear you. You can really stretch out your stash this way. I personally love smoking this way

 

Using flower?

I don't think I ever have, how does it go?

 

You heat up two knives and dab the flower with them.
You can also use a bottle with the bottom cut off and an elastic band to make sure you don't loose any smoke.
