  1. My seedling is 2 weeks old it is a Lowryder X AK-47 (EasyRyder) (feminised) and when I put my nose up to it I get this skunky fruity weed smell.
    Is this good? Lmao

And there is also little white flies around my leaves will you guys link me to some good neem oil? Thanks!

  2. Yea, some strains smell after a week or two in to veg, usually its those that will also stink to high heaven come flower time.

The little white flies are likely fungus gnats. They come from keeping the soil too moist and not letting it dry well enough between watering. You'll find 100 recommended ways to get rid of them but I find that adding a fan or two and going longer in between watering cycles will keep the eggs from hatching and sticky strips will catch the adults before they can lay more eggs. Some people will recommend adding sand to your pot, which seems like over kill to me. You can also use chemical solutions like gnatrol or mosquito dunks. In the end fungus gnats are normally more of a nuisance than anything.

  3. Gnats arent a problem in later stages.

But you need to fix it now. They can devastate a crop if left unchecked.
Neem oil or deramatatious soil will help.

Like jay said the yellow stickers are goid and dont cost a great deal.

  4. Thanks guys I put some vegetable oil and some water and sprayed and then I put some Sevin pesticide and lightly sprayed and yes I live in FL and the soil gets very moist after watering and stays moist.

  5. Whiteflies will suck sap from leaves. If you let them spread, they can do lots of damage.

  6. And there larvae will destroy the roots.

  7. That statement taken by itself sounds kinda like a bible prophecy. [IMG]

  8. Yea im Damien the prophet lol

  9. Crazy lmao neem oil or vegetable oil?

  10. I would go the neem oil route. However, some whiteflies can be resistant to neem oil. Worth a try though.

You can also try making homemade pesticide.

    Found on another forum
"Add one Tablespoon of liquid dishwashing soap (the regular kind; NOT one
of those anti-microbial types) to a cup of vegetable oil (peanut, corn,
soybean, sunflower or safflower) and shake well. DON'T USE THIS AS YOUR
SPRAY; IT MUST BE DILUTED! Mix 1+1/2 teaspoons of this 'master
solution' into a cup of water, shake well and spray on those infested
    leaf undersides
    ."
