So i have recently bought another box mod a Kangside S500 and i am trying to use my Kanger Subtank mini. (The .5 sub ohm one) but for some reason my box mod keeps on telling me short circuit protection causing me not able to fire it. Any reason why? as well couple tries later my mini rubber part to my .5 sub ohm tore a part, anywhere i can replace that small part? or is there a way i can use something else? dont really wanna buy another entire sub tank.
best place to check would be the shop you bought it from...they are bound to have loose parts to scavenge from (or at least they should if the shop is worth a damn).
what's the wattage on the machine your using your kangertech? If your machine is 20watts or lower you should be using the 1.20, not your .5 (coils)
It also could just be a shitty coil, some are duds right off the bat, I have a subtank as well and I love it no problems at all
