Hi everyone. I want to get a vaporizer to use indoors. I would prefer one that didn't leave a lot of smell behind, as I'm trying to keep that down. What would you guys recommend? I smoke all dank, and I'm prepared to get a really good grinder to ensure good vaping. I was interested in the vape bros. vaporizer several years ago. Are they still a good choice? Thanks.

  2. i've been using arizer solo and now arizer air now. before i've had a few desktop vaporizers.
ALL vaporizers will have a burnt popcorn smell, there isn't a vaporizer that doesn't have smell.
The point is, the weed causes the smell due to the high temperature from vaporizer.

There are few ways around it if you want to be sneaky
    - towel under door in bathroom
    - open windows or bathroom fan
    - light a candle
    - smoke buddy (it's a filter that you blow vapor through)
    - (optional but really helps) a air purifier

  3. Definitely a portable in your situation. Personally I'd recommend the arizer Solo. The solo has 7 temps. 1)122F 2)365F 3)373F 4)383F 5)393F 6)404F 7)410F. The hotter temperature you vape at the more it'll smell, below 380F shouldn't linger long but over 380F it'll start to smell more. I've had a 100% success rate smell wise with my solo by vaping at #3 and below and cracking a window. It's also a reliable, proven vape.

I personally love my Life Saber Vaporizer for home use. Glass on glass makes for a delightful taste. It's versitile and can be used with a water pipe via a water pipe attachment. As a smoker you will desire those massive clouds while switching to vape and the LSV delivers on that. Runs around $160. As far as smell, converting to vape is a wise decision. There is no absolute smell proof vape. You are significantly cutting down the smell by vaping in general. Low temps and the list tranceholic mentioned all will help. Vapor dissipates quickly so simple fan and open window will always help.

  5. The LSV seems to be a great vape, I have considered buying one.

For a first vape the Arizer Solo or the Arizer Air would be my suggestion. They are both portable, with the Air being smaller and having changeable batteries.

You say indoor use, but the flexibility of a portable vape is very nice.

You can check out these and other vapes on FC. If you decide on the Air, you can find a code on FC to get an Air with an extra battery for about $150 (for USA residents).

  6. Don't think that you are done buying stuff. You don't have first phone, TV, car or girlfriend. Why would vape be any different?
As you become a more informed consumer you will have different needs and desires. I think of my vape collection like a Craftsman Tool Collection. Many various tools for every occasion.

Vaporbrothers was the first name I heard when I started thinking about vaping, too, but I ended up starting with the Arizer Extreme Q. The Vapir Rise is very similar to that one as well. Vaprobrothers is a great company and if you like the box vape and whip that's not a bad choice. Da Buddha and Silver Surfer are always popular choices as well. The portables mentioned are also quality units from all I have heard. Like everyone else said: you won't be able to be free of cannabis smell entirely with anything, but it's far more pleasant than smoke, at least. I recommend that you think about what you want out of the vaporizer (Do you have a particular price range? Is portability important at all? Do you want to use a whip, bag, or other method for vapor delivery? Are you going to want to share it with friends often?) , visit FC, do some reading, ask some questions, and get exactly what you want. There are a ton of great vapes out there right now to choose from over a wide price range.

Welcome to the world of vaping. It's so much better than smoking. It's wonderful to actually be able to taste your bud for real. Good luck.
