I was wondering how many people out there are using any of those Flame Defenders or other similar automatic fire extinguisher product out there? After doing some research on these things I found out that they ( flame defender) discontinued all but one model ( the smallest 2 KG model ). I think the reason why is because it cost so much to ship the larger models due to hazardous shipping charges, but I'm just guessing. Some people say its overkill, but I think if you can have added protection to your grow room and to protect the rest of your house from going up in flames, then why doesn't everyone use one of these things?
I dont have them yet but they are on the list. You can never have enough protection for your grow. Plus for anyone growing in their house, if you do have a fire it can negate your home insurance.
