Marijuana breath tests are a joke and complete junk science. You don't have to consent to one either.

Until someone in the marijuana community comes out with a positive way to test how high someone is it's just gonna keep going like this. More incentive for the government and police to bring in more money. I do believe there is a point where you shouldn't drive especially edibles. I will say that I think everyone who smokes knows that driving while comfortably high is not a problem. I have yet to hit a point that I am too high to drive... Nor have I ever been in the car stoned and almost crashed... I'm always on point and pay way more attention than I do while I'm not high.
